Trilaminar house

A view utilizing the 3m retaining wall utmost

A house which has a deck that invites guests, a open living which can be used integrally with the garden on the first floor, a private space on the second floor on a site that lays on a 3m retaining wall with a view like a rooftop garden. This is a plan that resembles the retaining wall as the part of the house creating another layer which makes the house trilaminar making the best use of the retaining wall. The outer shape is created by setback line limits.
